1. About Red Room

Red Room is a fitness concept operated by Chahineze Bekhit, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Sessions take place at partner venues in Dubai. By creating an account or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings

Sessions must be booked in advance through our website (redroom.ae). A valid account is required. Each booking is confirmed via email. Spots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If a session is full, you may join the waitlist and will be notified automatically if a spot becomes available.

3. Cancellation policy

You may cancel a booking up to 12 hours before the session start time at no charge. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) or no-shows will result in the session credit being deducted from your package. Red Room reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified by email and your credit will be restored.

4. Packages & payments

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Red Room does not store your payment card details. Purchased packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Package validity periods are stated at the time of purchase. Unused credits expire at the end of the validity period.

5. Health & safety

• You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in the booked session.
• You must inform the instructor of any injury, medical condition, or pregnancy before class begins.
• Red Room and its instructors are not liable for injuries sustained during sessions, except in cases of gross negligence.
• Participation is at your own risk.

6. Conduct

• Arrive at least 5 minutes before the session. Late arrivals may not be admitted.
• Respect the space, equipment, and other participants.
• Follow instructor guidance at all times.
• Photography or recording during sessions is not permitted without prior consent.

7. Intellectual property

All content on redroom.ae (text, images, logos, branding) is owned by Red Room and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Red Room shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the session or package in question.

9. Modifications

Red Room may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
