Red Room is a 360° workout designed to deliver maximum results in minimum time. A 50-minute session: either Cardio Move or Barre Pilates, always meditation to close. Up to 500 calories burned per class.

Depending on the slot, the body rises to 150 in Cardio Move or settles into 85 in Barre Pilates. And always, at the end, the descent to 50 in meditation. The tempo changes; the ritual never does.
